The place where I came from was perfect during election rituals for who don’t scratches the surface.
Things may be getting better but back then it was not uncommon to rigging 100% votes in certain locations. Those officials who got deployed get warned on their arrival a day before, boxes are sealed with filled ballots and have nice food, drinks, relax and be quiet to keep the body parts intact.
