1. This should not be illegal.
2. This is free speech covered by the First Amendment.
3. The very concept of illegal "lewdness" is a violation of freedom of religion as covered by the First Amendment. It is completely arbitrary to say that women can't show their breasts, but can show their legs or faces. This arbitrary rule is based on religious doctrine and should not be tolerated.
4. Regardless of how "crude" you consider her expression of disgusted at the government to be, this is exactly the kind of speech that needs to be protected.
5. Where are all the gun people who claim that the Second Amendment is the only thing protecting the First? Shouldn't they be up in arms -- literally -- on this?
If the First Amendment doesn't cover saying fuck you to the government or displaying your breasts in sarcastic disgust, then why would the Second Amendment cover assault rifles and semi-automatic weapons? If judges can arbitrarily say "nudism and profanity are not covered by the First Amendment", then those same damn judges can also say "assault weapons and semi-automatic guns are not covered by the Second Amendment". If you tolerate judges taking away rights you don't care about, then they will take away the rights you care do care about.
Agreed - plus they may call it lewdness - I call it art!
Not when the 'artist' is 56 years old.
At least she didn't flash her beaver, that would have gotten her a year for cruel and unusual punishment.
Just because she's had two pencil erasers, doesn't mean she was an artist.

Barnegat, N.J. police arrested a woman after they say she got out of her car, lifted her shirt and bra and exposed her breasts to surveillance cameras.
A police report says that 56-year-old Wendy Tucker was driving on Lexington Boulevard at 2 a.m. on March 6th when she got out of her vehicle in the middle of the road.
Police say she looked at the camera while extending her middle fingers. She then pulled up her shirt and bra.
Patrolman Michael Diblasi was able to locate the vehicle parked a short time later and found Tucker. She was charged with lewdness and taken to the Atlantic County Jail. It's was unclear if Tucker had a lawyer.
