Since most people are going to work until they drop dead, why would they be concerned?
One thing I can see is companies losing their boomer sales people.
I don't know how many were Boomers, but I remember several years ago when Circuit City (remember them?) on a day summarily fired their most productive sales people as a cost savings, I think it amount to something like 3,000 people. Of course, a year or so later they no longer existed. Talk about short sighted.

That's what I was thinking... The employers are going to have to bring in adult day care to change the Depends on the boomers who are working until they roll them out on a gurney....
Why bother, just kick the infirm old coots to the curb.
That frees up company funds to add to the exec bonus packages.

Employees with calcified brains, moving in walkers, or other geriatric cases...
An exec's dream...

Absolutely:
1) Take out a massive life insurance policy on the old coots
2) Stress them out with crappy working conditions and low pay
3) Cash in when the stress kills them.
Why do you hate success?
