But storms added little to mountain snowpack •  Better news to the north California received minimal precipitation in April and the few storms that moved through the state during the month did little to affect the snowpack amounts although they did help keep reservoir amounts from decreasing, says a new report Thursday from the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Santa Cruz's resevoir is 69% full so there's no problem here.

They're still saying that we may have water rationing if we don't behave.
