He also pleaded the 5th during a rare prosecution for police misconduct.

If the FBI was recruiting conscienceless killers, the OPD's degenerate "Riders" or their associates (which McFarlane was) would be a great place to look.

Very true. It's trivial to get disability as a cop/fire fighter. Hell, most people, cop or not, are pretty much scamming the rest of us with disability. Yeah, your "back pain," I know.

Yes, military pay is actually too high now because Congress has been overfunding it to "support the troops." Certain military jobs now pay more than their equivalent private sector equivalents, which makes no sense considering the benefits plan for the military.
