What a crap lawsuit, and I feel the plaintiff now deserves public ridicule over the likely causative factors- diet, exercise, and health maintenance including regular check-ups.

Target owed the customer an immediate heart transplant. If that is not available, millions and millions of dollars to the family and dirtbag lawyers will do.

I saw one of these automatic external defibrillators at a museum the other day. I wasn't aware that very many businesses had them available and was surprised to see one attached to the wall at a non-profit foundation.
