New internet censorship bill, sponsored by Senator Diane Frankenstein, one of the committed, relentless, Authoritarians who are eager to control all information flows that bypass the corporatized media.
This ancient, demented, Security State Groupie has never heard of a warrentless search that did not give her a special thrill.

"While actively stripping Americans' privacy protections, the bill also cloaks "cybersecurity"-sharing in secrecy by exempting it from critical government transparency protections. It unnecessarily and dangerously provides exemptions from state and local sunshine laws as well as the federal Freedom of Information Act. These are both powerful tools that allow citizens to check government activities and guard against abuse."

The Cybersecurity Act of 2015 puts pressure on technology and manufacturing companies to send cybersecurity threats to the federal government. To be clear, there is nothing explicitly written in CISA that requires tech companies to hand over your private messages.

But opponents of the bill argue that it's not clear about what constitutes a cybersecurity threat. This means any kind of potential threat will be forked over to the government so that tech companies aren't liable for obscuring a potential security breach.

"The bottom line is that companies will be able to bypass current law and use authorities to collect new information on users," Jaycox said. "The bill may not be mandatory... but I find it doubtful that a company won't take the government up on broad legal immunity."

But Knight adds there are still legitimate privacy concerns for users, and wrapping the bill into the federal budget is problematic.

Why is that bad? All this "my rights" "my privacy" nonsense is screwing up our safety. Until the Arabian Barbarians are wiped out, we must do everything possible to maintain our safety.

This is why we're putting them ALL in the SHIT CAN next November.

Every dammned one of them rotten Bastards. And their uninusred aides too!

Guys......The government is not our enemy. ISIS is.

4   Tenpoundbass   2015 Dec 16, 3:13pm

No I'm pretty sure at this point the Government is.

The Government isn't nor have they ever been since the digital Homeland Security sham started, watching the Terrorist. They are defining new ways to hamstring the concerned American citizen from even suspecting Islamic threat while they are turning their digital looking glass on Political dissidents and politcal dissobedience from the American people. While these savages use the Internet with impunity.
The only person in the world that has a clue of what is going on is Fuckign PUTIN.

And do you know why?

Because Putin is spying on everyone else in the world instead of Ivan.

And doesn't give two shits about Obama's politcal correctness or Clockmed's feelings.

You are in a lot more danger from government agencies than ISIS. But hey, keep thinking that "we're from the government we are here to help" is a good thing.

It is by the lobbyists and the NWO. The peoples have been brainwashed.

Tough to do, I delusionally perhaps think that my posts do that. Before you laugh consider the work of Thomas Paine. I'm just saying Look at this information.

How quaint.
A recent Princeton study showed what anybody that has been paying attention already knew:
"average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence."

11   HEY YOU   2015 Dec 17, 10:29am

Why do Rep/Con/Teas allow the " stripping Americans' privacy protections,"?

According to the Republican Party, the government is ALWAYS the enemy. After all, "only governments create monopolies" and everything else that is bad.

Careful, you're starting to sound as delusional and out of touch with reality like Dan!!

And CIC proves my point. Of course, CIC does not support the idea of democracy. He wants a dictatorship in which the biggest village idiot, himself, is in charge. The problem that he does not realize is that if a dictatorship happens, it won't be him in charge. He'll be a slave.

14   Tenpoundbass   2015 Dec 18, 11:21am

No Hillary and no Obama No ISIS.

It's really as simple as that.

Obama announced today, no he promised everyone that our army puts just one little hair on his pet Jihad's heads, he promises 100 American soldier deaths a day.
Because he's on our side like that!

So you don't even know what a dictatorship means. Can't say that I'm surprised.

Tenpoundbass says

No Hillary and no Obama No ISIS.

ISIS rose to power because of the Bush administration and Republican flawed foreign policy. Dick Cheney was ISIS's greatest asset. He did more for ISIS than any Jihadist ever could.

17   Tenpoundbass   2015 Dec 18, 12:16pm

ISIS didn't even exist until after Bengahzi.

After Hillary created them as Psyops asset to kill Ambassador Stevens because he uncovered corruption from Hillary's strawman on the ground, Sidney Rosenthal.

You guys just don't get it,. You can call it anything you want, but it's all Islam. All these terrorist organizations come up with different names, but still follow the word of Allah. It has been in existence since that SOB Mohammad banged a 6 year old.

Correction. They don't follow the word of allah. That SOB was not invented until that pedophile Mohammad raped a 6 year old.

The House Report indicates that CISA was a central actor in censoring criticism of the Covid regime in the ensuing months and years. The agency is representative of the cabal of censorial and unaccountable officials engaged in public-private partnerships designed to keep us in the dark.

Ha, so much for that bearded guy that used to be on Twitter.

"CISA will have all the fraud evidence". LOL!
