The fact that various talking heads and politicians have been talking about finding a way to deprive the 2018 World Cup from Russia since at least last year (see DATE of article above) is pure coincidence.

I don't know why America is so bent out of shape, I thought our new national past time is visiting other countries for International sporting events then ridiculing them and bullying them, because they don't have granite counter tops and Brazilian Rosewood cabinets in every Hotel room.
We'll piss in a plastic Port-o-Potty at an American State fair, that hasn't been emptied in days with thick brown slush 2 inches thick running out of the door, baking in 120 degrees full sun, and never post a word about in Facebook and Twitter. But god forbid some country builds an indoor public restroom facility and not include stall dividers.
