the guy never understood what the cop was saying...
this is a prime example of why multicultural societies should not exist.
if you immigrate, you should be forced to assimilate with the existing culture.
Didn't they make a change in the law, after someone impersonated an LEO and then raped a girl, that you are allowed to drive to the police station instead of pulling over on the side of a road?
From now on , anyone getting pulled over should drive straight to the nearest emergency room so they will have a better chance at surviving the inevitable shooting

But then you'd have to live in a horrible "Monocultural City", without the joys of burka-clad women and no jobs for teens or young people, black or white, because the immigrants have them.

Here's a nicer try.
If cops think someone is deaf, they can move their lips without making words that can be read by the deaf & when the deaf can't respond the cop can shoot them down in the street.
In 2013, this same cop shot and killed one James Shaw after a routine traffic stop. Shaw, as you will have to carefully hear since the shooting is just out of the sight of the camera, is first hit with a taser then immediately shot and killed.
The petrified officer says he shot the unarmed Shaw because he had a "crazed look on his face."
