Migrants sleep outside Keleti station which remains closed to them in central Budapest. There is no respectable Christian argument for fortress Europe, surrounded by a new iron curtain of razor wire to keep poor, dark-skinned people out.

By the end of the century there may be 5 billions people in Africa. The Arab world including North Africa already represent almost a billion. Soon they will come by the millions, by the tens of millions.
Those who say "poor people, let them come" are all but asking for that.
And the consequences are simple: let's take thousands of years of history, tradition and culture in Europe, let's wipe it clean, and start anew with a black/arab population and muslim religion (considering the spiritual void in the western world we should fully expect this). The European cultural identity is all but being destroyed.
There is simply no historic example of a community that accepted such an invasion with such total passivity.
Europe is just cowed into simply watching under the threat of being called a racist, a xenophobe, a fascist or simply a bigot, by people like Tov.

There might be one - ISIS infiltrators.

Yep, American Christians are complete hypocrites. They want to ban gay marriage because their god tells them homosexuality is bad, but they ignore all the things their god tells them that they don't want to do. How again is religion good at promoting morality?

Yep, American Evangelicals. They are the most likely to get divorced multiple times, totally against the NT as well as the OT, but get all discombobulated over gays.

In THIS Case, Europe, the important thing to remember, is WHY and HOW the refugees were created in Syria in the first place - the invasion of Iraq and the destabilization of Assad.

I believe it is time the UN does it's job without needing the sitting US President decide which Oil producing countries we invade. While the UN does dick-all to actually help countries with real humanitarian deficiencies in their countries.

The UN should make a world proclamation that sets a minimum standard of human rights, a countries ability to benefit it's citizens. If a sitting government regardless of the system or country, the UN should intervene and take over rebuild that nation. With the goal in mind to make them stable, economical viable, and a secular government can be set up and elections can be held. This effort should be without large Walstreet corporations lobbying for it because they want to exploit any resources that country may have.

If your country is so bad, that hundreds even tens of thousands of people are willing to risk their lives to flea then you're a country in violation, and your government should be deposed and replaced with a Social network reality Utopia government.

Mexico
Cuba
Syria
Libya
Sudan
Congo
North Korea

All could all be countries that the people aren't fleeing, if there wasn't so much killing and violence, and economic and political stability.

Europeans are condescending self absorbed pricks, just blaming people who are already sacrificing for showing nationalism and protectionism in the face of millions of political refugees with troublesome post traumatic stress disorder. Many of the middle eastern refugees we took in since 911 and even since the Arab spring have had a difficult time and are frequently getting in trouble or arrested. Folks should be blaming the governments and waring factions of the countries they are fleeing. Those war lords are fucking their shit up now, not the Europeans are not the one's fucking up the poor refugees. But any anger should be directed at the right party, without trying to take the conservative right for fucking ride.

If anyone really wants to help the African immigrants, then send in some tanks, drones and the UN clean house of the evil murderous cut throats and send them packing. Rebuild the country and the civil fabric from the ground up, anyone not on board expose of them. It's either them or that 4 year old boy that drowned yesterday. Get rid of all dissidents and people reluctantly denouncing the previous dictator.

Nuclear plants should be only built by companies that are UN licensed to do so. And only those companies that are licensed to build nuclear energy plants, should be allowed to build them in any country that requires their services. Iraq wouldn't need to know how to build them or ask permission for the raw material to build it, while everyone worries about inspections of the work site. These companies would be operating under social media type transparency. Every meeting every minute logged like a Twitter thread.

Nothing that couldn't be solved by creating a safe zone in Syria.

The UN should just do it's original job - Territorial Integrity and non-interference in internal affairs, period. No bullshit about democracy and freedom and refugees. Just stay on your goddamn side of the border, let's start with that before we move on to complex crap like Yugoslavia and Rwanda and Afghanistan.

Let's also punish the leaders of countries that invaded others without explicit Security Council permission, as required by the UN Charter, of which the US is signatory to, which therefore the law of the land. Tony Blair and Bush are war criminals. Clinton also.

Until the US agrees to allow politicians and generals to be tried in the Hague, I'm also not interested in democracy and freedom and apple pie, because I know it's all just an excuse for intervention.

Or with enough land mines on the border.

That was with America's direction. The European countries needs to go over there and meet with these people killing the people.
Like you would do if you have an abusive alcoholic drunk on you block beating his wife and she kept running over to your house seeking refuge.
You wouldn't be all like.. "Go home Syria! You're drunk! SHe doesn't want to talk to you, she's says she's staying here tonight. You're going to feel very stupid about this in the morning..."
You'd would probab... well there was a time anyway, the guys around the neighborhood would have went over and gave him a friendly attitude adjustment.

Look, Assad runs a secular state. ISIS/ISIL is the cause of the refugees, created by the power vacuum in Iraq + Saudi Assistance. Huge numbers of people weren't taking to boats form Syria in 1980, 1990, 2000, or 2010.

Nobody is talking about Saudi Arabia bombing hospitals, universities, and city centers in Yemen in the name of "Anti-terrorism", which is rich coming from Ground Zero of the current terrorist wave.

Another source of refugees is Turkey taking the cover of "Anti-ISIL" to bomb Kurdish villages in Syria, also.

11   Tenpoundbass   2015 Sep 4, 6:42pm

Well the UN should go in there talk to Assad, if he's like "Look it's them! I can't get them to leave." Then make them leave the hard way, and then help Assad get their shit back together.
I think it's bull shit we pass ecconmic sanctions on these people and set up embargos, the rich in those countries never skip a beat, but the poor and average people suffer all of the consequences. While those rulling class live it laughing at sactions.

12   zzyzzx   2015 Sep 4, 8:05pm

Fuck that shit!

They should be forced to stay in their own countries and fix them, instead of ruining ours.
