The U.S. Army's $5 billion intelligence network, which is designed to give commanders battlefield awareness but has been criticized for years as a boondoggle, was not working in Afghanistan during the recent American air attack on a hospital, according to a member of Congress who has been in touch with military whistleblowers.

Sounds like they need a better IT staff. I would suggest the HP Nonstop server. Fast and reliable.

(I bill out at $250 per hour as a 1099.)

Don't expect Generals to criticize their future employers.

This is all Rickover's fault. Management by Target, Ticket Punching, MBA's, etc. Officers were better when they took Greek History and not Business.

Surprise, Generals with MBAs approach warfare like ass-covering preening careering senior executives. "I don't care, just get me a body count."

"Computers are down Sir..."

"Fire at WILL!"

"Sorry Sir, it seems Breitbart was still functioning..."

"If Hillary Calls for me, I'll be getting my 2:00 from Rodger..."
