@Patrick, you could fix this in several ways.
1. Threads are still accessible via the thread ID number. You could replace the URLs in the GET request with ones using the thread number.
2. The slash in a title could be translated to a dash or underscore.
3. You could make all links be based on thread IDs rather than titles, but I think this would hurt search engine optimization.
