I'm thinking that one would have to get pas zoning people first, and that's probably the biggest hurdle no matter where you live.

Ever see a new mobile home park? I didn't think so. At least around here, I see them go away and yuppie condos being built in their place.

Clearly none of the above read the article however Z hit the nail on the head. Which is why Sam Zell,Rolfe. buy existing parks and Buffet builds manufactured houses.

Very profitable either way.

Because old hookers, has been drug dealers, burned out bikers, victims of serial divorce and burglars who are no longer able to climb in and out of windows need a place to rest their aging heads.
