OC tech jobs are not that great so it is somewhat of a mystery that home prices there have gone up so fast.

some theories:

1. white people purposely raise prices to prevent Asians from moving in next door. their worst nightmare!
2. Koreans and Chinese are notorious for "creative accounting." buying houses with 100% cash?
3. TOO many Vietnamese in one county....

Low interest rates have increased the money supply driving the price increase.
