200B to build 1,000,000 apartments over next 12 months in areas where housing affordability is bad. This would be way better than trying to build a stupid train from LA to bay area.

This would create jobs plus make housing more affordable. The only people that would hate are it a land lords like BlackRock that are gauging lower middle class with high rents.

I think they are, because the bought lots of MBS (mortgage backed securities). Are you sure?

Buying MBS and being a landlord are two completely different things. I have BMW stock - do you think I"m in car making business too?

I meant Blackstone, not Blackrock, but even Blackrock has at least an interest in rental through Rental Backed Securities. Just google it.

Here's something obvious, easy, realitively cheap, and very effective thing that can be done:

Redesign/reprogram the traffic lights from using detectors to be synchronized to create green waves along busy streets.

This will save time, money, stress, energy, greenhouse gasses, and possibly many accidents.

Just wait until Trump undoes all of the regulation.

10% GDP growth.

That's when any monument to any President in the last 40 years will be destroyed by the Democrat overs like ISIS rampaging through antiquity.

$200,000,000,000/1,000,000 units=$200,000 per unit not $2,500. That's enough to build a nice apartment in California.

The train cost $100,000,000,000/38,000,000 million people = $2,631 per person or 26 round trips to Southern Cal on Southwest sale. How many trips does one make in a lifetime?
