We can hope. Adding other commissioned salespeople's blood might not flood the rivers.

Monday morning, Starbucks, and of course there are Realtor's in the store planning the coming weeks treachery. The also have a Title Agent with them.

Starbucks is my only vice. I realize it's overpriced coffee, but I enjoy it.
My favorite Starbucks is crammed full of Realtor's, discussing how to increase their sales. From what I can hear, sales are not going well. I guess people are getting wise to the fact that Real Estate is overpriced. That plus the fact that that many "buyers" are tapped out.
