....
The order would ban all people entering the United States from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, and Yemen, and yet no terrorist from these places has carried out a lethal attack in the United States. Indeed, no Libyans or Syrians have even been convicted for planning such an attack. Moreover, the likelihood of being killed by any refugee from any country is just 1 in 3.64 billion a year. This discrimination is arbitrary and cannot be rationally justified based on a assessment of the risk.

It's the only way Trump can find out who's who and what's what.
he's going to keep it in place until everybody that should be looked at has come forward to bitch about being on the list. That is not the deal they had with the last guy and they aren't happy.

i have better thing to do than worry about some suicide bombing muslims not getting to the US on schedule. you happen to live there? tough luck. maybe your countrymen should not have habored and supported terrorists.

Is your average working class citizen, white, black, hispanic, etc. upset that there is a ban on muslims entering the country? I think not. I know I couldn't care less.

According to Scott Adams, Trump's MO will now be to renegotiate this ban to a more acceptable number.

Lets see what happens.

So, why didn't Congress repeal Obama's ban when it was in effect?

Same countries and same reasons??

Limiting visa waivers and making people apply for a regular visa is the same as banning all people including those already holding valid visa's in your strange convoluted sex obsessed little mind?. Too funny, you really in rare form tonight, living up to your reputation as the stupidest person on patnet in spades.

those who held valid visas already should not have been banned. Let others without visa go to saudi for passport to gain entry to US, since every tom dick and harry from these countries can get a saudi passport (sarcasm)

Making people apply for voter ID cards is the same as banning all people?

Becaaaaaaase that's how it's going to work right? It's not just going to be some underpaid idiot asking a list of 50 questions because where the fuck is documentation going to come from when you're dealing with fucking poor refugees who fled with absolutely nothing?

What a moron. These people are not refugees. Against their will, they were all involuntarily boxed up and shipped to America by Soros.

What is going to happen is all these idiots protesting and shutting down the airports...all that will do is pull more people to Trump.

He didn't actually say the policy changed but the reality was a lot milder than the conjecture.

No one is detained now. Only 100+ were inconvenienced out of 325,000

We are one of the most open countries for travel and legal immigration in the world. A small curtailment of that isn't anything to get hysterical over. Unless you're a Soros funded protester...

Although banning Iraq, Syria, and Yemen seems like not wanting to clean up after yourself as we are culpable for turning those countries into craters with our drones.

FWIW MSM may be vying for conservatives

Oh Bullshit Bobby, please keep up, you're as fucked in the head as that duck guy:

A senior White House official said on Sunday that foreign nationals with legal permanent residence in the U.S. wouldn’t be affected by Friday’s executive order restricting entry of visa holders and refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries.

Christ you don't know the difference between a visa and a green card? Are you really that clueless? You are totally unqualified to be holding any type of discussion on immigration. Read the sentence. Visa holders are restricted aka banned.

Nice shuffle and duck. Want to address the original statement? No that would just make you look more stupid.

Nice totally meaningless statistic. How many people hold US government issued visa's that are now banned from using them. People that have probably booked and paid for their travel? Do you suppose they might be just a little tiny bit inconvenienced?
