The problem is that most ppl don't understand the difference between what's intrinsically organic and what's artificial/man made.

Dating is artificial. It's about the pretense of potential soulmate-hood and other touchy feely "Wow! We share so much in common" emotional a/o hormonal horseshit. In reality, that stuff should have ended by one's 20s and then, one realizes that it's just a bunch of slop, just to stick one's cock inside someone else.

On the other hand, when I was a kid, I'd discovered Pomegranates. They were delicious back then.

Decades later, they're still delicious and even scientists have determined that it's a potential superfood with great nutritional value.

Thus, I will never outgrow Pomegranates, however, I'd stopped dating, nearly 6 years ago.

Pondering why dating is not like pomegranates is a major marker for STDs, specifically an AIDS ridden anus...

Rin, since you are in the mood for attention, can you answer these two questions:

1. Do you have any sexual interactions (oral, vaginal, anal) without a condom.

2. How often do you check yourself for STD.

I am curious, not trying to make fun of you (well, apart from the first phrase of this comment) or put you down.

Everything is a superfood. Well that grows on plants anyway. Well most plants anyway. Well before Monsanto screwed everything up!

For 1), I always dress up.
For 2), Every 6 or so months and I have none. I also supplement w/ real Allicin so in effect, it's unlikely to develop one. On a side note, my dentist had said that my gums were the healthiest he'd ever seen, since almost no one goes from partially infected gums (X years ago) to none.

I eat a Pomegranate, pretty much every week. I believe I can keep that up for the rest of my life.

They really only screwed up Red Delicious apples, which now suck so bad I wonder how there is possibly still a market for them. Pomegranates are delicious.

They do take a lot of time to eat, yes. I do it while I am watching TV.

Here's what you do ... you buy double (or triple) the amount and then, pay someone to pick 'em out, with the caveat that one, you pay the person for her labor and then, share half the output.

The end result ... money brings happiness so let me add to my equation ...

While engaging in the following activity ,,,

Chew on some Pomegranate seeds ...

Sip on a glass of gin

And listen to some Hard Rock!

"Unfortunately, condoms do not do an adequate job of protecting against human papilloma or herpes simplex virus infections. Women diagnosed with HPV are often mystified and frustrated, having been "super careful," or picky, in choosing intimate partners and faithfully using condoms for all intercourse."

Do you feel this is due to the Allicin or some other supplements you take?

23   🎂 Rin   2017 Feb 10, 12:18pm

MMR says

Do you feel this is due to the Allicin or some other supplements you take?

Well, there's always some synergy involved, however, since I'd started the Allicin supplementation, some 4 years back, meaning the real stabilized Allicin (not some cheap Garlic in a pill), every dental visit had basically minimal sore (a/o bleeding) gums, even way in back by the molar areas, where particulates get stuck over time and the plague is the heaviest.

In the last 1.5 years, my dentist was completely astonished at the health of my gums. There were zero signs of any gingivitis. He'd never seen that before, esp when someone earlier, had a few of the minor symptoms of oncoming gum disease.

At the same time, the last time I'd a cold or a flu, was some 3.5 years ago.

Sure, if I inhale some cold air on a ~5F night, my lungs react negatively, however, none of those incidents have ever resulted in some bronchitis.

24   missing   2017 Feb 10, 12:56pm

Hey Rin,
Here is your chance to do some medical research (you had ambitions in this area, right?). Stop the Allicin for a while and see if there'll be any deterioration.

25   🎂 Rin   2017 Feb 10, 1:13pm

FP says

Stop the Allicin for a while and see if there'll be any deterioration.

I'm in my mid-to-late 30s, Allicin also helps keep the blood thinner and improves insulin sensitivity. If anything, if I continue this unimpeded for the next 15 years, chances are, I would have eliminated (or perhaps postponed) two causes of rapid aging, atherosclerosis and type 2 diabetes.

If anything, I'd rather get myself some lazy pussywhipped married American guys to experiment on, since many of them will wish that they were dead in a decade or two anyways.

26   missing   2017 Feb 10, 1:53pm

There's a long process before you are allowed to do clinical trials on humans. But more importantly, real scientists experiment on themselves.

My real epistemological work will take place in third world nations. America isn't worth my time.

28   missing   2017 Feb 10, 2:08pm

Are you going to import married Americans there? That may work.

Where are their preferred destinations - Thailand, the Philippines?

30   missing   2017 Feb 10, 2:51pm

I have been to Russia and Ukraine, have Russian friends there and quite like them, but have heard bad things about Russian wives - very pushy and demanding.

I have good impressions from the Baltic countries and the other eastern Europian countries. Polish women are notorious.

31   missing   2017 Feb 10, 2:52pm

For Chinese women I was told that as soon as you start a relationship they assume it is serious and expect a marriage eventually.

I like Taiwanese.

33   missing   2017 Feb 10, 3:02pm

"I think the word for that is "female". "

It varies a lot though. I have cousins in Europe who live happily with their partners and children without being married and it doesn't seem to be an issue. There's very little pressure or expectation to marry there.

34   Patrick   2017 Feb 10, 3:39pm

We have German friends in Germany who are not married but have 3 kids and a house. They seemed happy when we visited them, but apparently the relationship was not so stable. The mother just took off one day, leaving the father with the kids, and has not come back. I think such a thing might have been less likely if they were formally married.

True, but is it a good or a bad thing? I am not sure. In principle, I am against marriage. I only married because the laws in the US make life this way easier.

I think traditional marriage is a purely good thing for the children, and for the society. The husband and wife each give up something, but get something.

The husband gives up sex with all other women. He gets paternity assurance, childcare, and cooking, and availability of a stable sex partner.

The wife gives up her own career, at least until the kids are pretty grown, but gets financial support, protection, and time to raise the children.

The children get a stable upbringing which helps to make them stable people.
The society gets men who are willing to put up with a lot of shit at work because they have a family to feed and a mortgage to pay.

Even this isn't necessary with modern daycare or having grandparents who live close by.

Still, there is not good reason all the other things couldn't still happen even in a dual income family. It still does happen, but it's rare because everything has shifted towards short-term mating. Too much greed, mistrust, and zero-sum games.

You don't need a formal marriage to have all this. It only serves to make the union harder to dissolve. As a result many people end up living in misery.
