Housing prices will not fall. How can they when homes aren't being built in large enough numbers to fill demand?

You damned right they would be. America will only decline into oblivian with housing prices only trending up from here.
It's no accident the only affordable houses have been Habitat For Humanity. They build them dirt cheap then claim they can't build SF homes for less than $250.
Which they build larger than is needed so the average new house goes for well over $350. But they claim it costs $250 to build a 70's 1200 - 1700 sqft house. Which is bullshit.
Every house doesn't need SS appliances, Marble floors, granite counter tops, leaky storm windows, and douche bag exterior stucco trim.
