Doctors used to say a patient in tune with his own body is the best diagnostician.
Today if you tell a Doctor you think you might have such and such on your so and so.
They will say "Who told you that? Would I tell you how to do your job?"
Then give you over the counter script and send you on your way.
Only the next Doctor agrees and gives you the proper treatment.
