Wether you like it or not, people have the right to live where they want. America is a free country. You have no right to demand millions of people live somewhere else. If you don't want too many people around you, move, get the fuck out. Go live in Death Valley.

A bunch of apartments just completed in Tri Valley, with the insta-ghetto requirement. Scruffy, loud ghetto types at the Safeway, now, and con artists at the gas station. Guess you can't argue with east bay "character".

I believe the fucking waitlist for parking spot at both Dublin BART stations is over 10 years now. There are huge empty lots next to the station which sit empty for decades but the fucks are concerned only with building more crap shacks and not building more transit parking. The fuckers don't even allow people to park there - they just sit empty and covered with weeds.

So yay, let's celebrate the further crapification of Dublin.

There is a lot of apartment buildings being built up around LA. I can tell you that it does drive neighborhoods down, more crime, more people who don't give a damn about neighborhood. We are doing everything wrong, we should be creating society where people own houses, not rent. CA government is beyond incompetent liberals.
