This is wonderful. You can send your senile, diaper dumping, useless old relative out raving on the front lawn, holding a bar of black soap that from a distance vaguely resembles a weapon, and rake in the lega-bucks when the police mow him down.

Who would take away our free speech rights, religious rights, gun rights, forfeit our property, spy on us, take away our right to silence, torture us, extrajudicually assassinate us, use our taxes to pay for illegal immigrants, debt, wars, curfews, run checkpoints, put us on no fly lists, pay for private prisons, enact mandatory minimums, enact 3 strikes laws, keep DNA databases, enact CISPA, SOPA, NDAA, IMBRA, FBAR, FATCA laws, grope us, run secret FISA courts, and run Jade Helm without the government?

He couldn't have had a gun because his son insisted that he didn't.

Are you talking about "the land of the free?"

Freedom, once lost, is lost forever.

Only in a police state is the job of a policeman easy.

Most people support the police state until they become a victim of it.

We are conducting our own internal investigation and cannot comment on the matter at this time.

The officer has been cleared off any wrong doing. Want an explanation? Fuck you, that's our explanation.

Update: The city of flyovershithole has settled with the family of dead man for 2.3 million taxpayer dollars.

Life is a nightmare now.

You'll be wiretapped if you make a phone call and tracked by license plate readers if you drive.

If you go to a baseball game or Disneyland, you'll need to give your fingerprints, be molested, and be made to carry a microchip.

We're all slaves living in a prison.

Who would want to be born into this world?

I would like to be born in a world where everyone is microchipped, and every step anyone takes is recorded in a giant database. Think about it.....There will be no crime, because law enforcement would know exactly who was at the crime scene and who dunnit. No murders, rapes, burglaries, home invasions. We would still have our privacy, because only a lifeless hard drive would know exactly who is where at every second of the day. Data would only be revealed if a crime took place by some wacko or a drunk.

Accidents happen.

It's probably easier to get cleared from a Police shooting than it is a lawsuit from a but hurt person you pulled over, or a suspect you questioned.

Many cower when leftists start yelling at them.

Americans used to ridicule the Chinese for being too weak to resist tyranny, but now Americans have found out that they are cowards, too.

Does anyone get the feeling that anyone supporting the police state now is a paid NSA shill?

I'm expecting a big check and a bonus from the NSA as always. As soon as the government opens again.

One thing worse than living in a police state is finding out that no one cares.

Lawyers care. They are already planning their retirement from this.

That second one hurts worse.

Let's see CA government and how it operates.
- every year shittier and shittier life through "equality" for everyone.
- unions
- racist groups (mostly they hate whites)
- faggots and similar mentally ill types taken over legislature and various parts of the cities.
- homeless everywhere
- every vice is considered ok and cool
- worst education
- highest taxes
- socialism

This is what I'd call stupid, people who vote for this every election. Boiling frog.

I think what saved my life from being the 8th person killed by police in my city in the year they killed seven, is because I was a befuddled confused groggy middle aged white guy. The cop (young latina-looking female) had her gun on me and was trembling a bit yelling at me when I was groggy from not having my coffee yet in the predawn hours, behind the wheel of my truck when they approached on foot and told me to stop. Or maybe what saved me was the calmer, more experienced looking male cops standing around. I dunno. I suppose if I had been more alert and reached for my wallet to offer my ID, she'd have killed me and then they would have planted a stolen gun in my truck.

Why did they point a gun at you in the first place?
20   B.A.C.A.H.   2019 Jan 10, 8:41pm

"They" didn't. "she" did.

There was a hoax phone call made by a drunken adult son of a neighbor that there was a gunman on our street. There was no gunman. He was so drunk he hurt himself when he fell, and some blood was on his shirt. His mom would not let him in (he didn't live with her). He conned some other neighbor, who also didn't believe his story, into bringing the cordless phone out of the house (this was before cellphones were ubiquitous) so he called in to report the gunman.

I was almost killed by a freakin' hoax.
