#SciTech

Hi guys, I have a colleague new to the semiconductor industry and I'd like to recommend a top notch book covering the introduction to the semiconductor industry and basics of the manufacturing process.

A lot of the literature I used in school is probably now severely outdated. I'm wondering if any of you guys could recommend a good intro book? The person in question has some tech background but mostly involved in technical sales/marketing.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, semiconductors sounds obsolete. He should move on to at least full conductors, or preferably superconductors.

Best just to get his foot in the door somewhere and go from there. Book wise search amazon "semiconductor processing".
