Twitter and YouTube political censorship draws lawsuits

The plaintiffs claim that they are the victims of discrimination as a result of their conservative viewpoint, and make further arguments that YouTube has breached its contracts and injured their business.

More recently, similar suits have been filed against Twitter by users farther out on the right.

Johnson’s case runs over some of the same points as Prager U’s. Filings say that Twitter is a public forum, in its materials and promotions it says as much, and in this role it has an “almost monopolistic presence”. It also says that Johnson’s ban is a “political hit job”.

Must be Europe. We are heading there, but Europe is multiple steps closer to 1984 authoritarianism than we are.

Hopefully we can crush the PC zombies w #maga before it's too late.

Why is is that conservatives are all for companies having the right to be able to do what they want unless they do something conservatives don't like? Funny that.

You mean like when a gay couple drives a long way out of their way, past many bakeries, to find the one that won't bake one for a gay wedding, but liberals find this objectionable.

So should Infowars be forced to run stories about how great Obama was? Or should FOX be forced to run stories detailing all the Trump lies since he's been President?

What are the most 3 important things being said that Liberals are censoring yet Conservatives are letting be heard?

How about 10, just to start? I could probably go on all day.

1. Unfair trade with China and Mexico has devastated the working class, especially poor whites.
2. The press and universities demonize white people as racist so that they do not have to feel guilty for effectively murdering vast numbers of them.
3. White people in aggregate are provably the least racist people on earth, yet are portrayed as the most by the press.
4. Black people are not oppressed in any way, and are actually less likely to be shot by the police than white people in the same circumstance.
5. Illegals are here illegally.
6. Illegals force down wages for US citizens, in particular for black people.
7. Men and women inherently think very differently.
8. IQ varies considerably by race.
9. Islam demands the murder of all those who do not submit to it or pay an annual ransom (the Jizya).
10. Saudi Arabia attacked America on 9/11 and got away with it, with help from George W. Bush.

Where are Liberals censoring these easily provable facts?

Where are Conservatives promoting them in the name of Free Speech?

These facts are censored by the NYTimes, WaPo, NPR, CNN, in fact all of the legacy media in America. In addition, they are being censored by Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google as documented above.

The censorship in the media is nearly total.

The only place you can hear these censored facts is on Reddit, or on small websites like this one, or unfortunately on some wacko sites like Infowars.

So how does one separate these censored facts from the rest of the shit that appears on these sites?

For example there is a post at this site that is trying to state that ONLY the left is violent. This means the right is NEVER violent. Are we supposed to believe this as fact or is the original poster just trying to be divisive?

Maybe it's best to take EVERY form of media with a grain of salt?

It remains true that ALL political violence in the US is from the left.

Please examine your own well justified gut fear of wearing a MAGA hat in public. What does your fear tell you?

It tells you the truth that you would be in great physical danger from leftists.

Note that there is no similar danger from wearing any leftist piece of clothing.

Bush was presidential. He led us into 2 wars, both via manipulation. Then used the threat of these wars to implement the patriot act AKA the worst legislation ever passed in the USA.

Obama was presidential. He started 3 more wars, and blew the doors open for weaponizing the IRS/FISA courts/DOJ to enforce his mob rules.

Both these presidents ignored their platforms, and immediately became war hawks with no respect for individual rights (especially to privacy from govt intrusion), and further consolidated centralized federal govt powers. Both seemed to support our enemies and push for perennial war. Both sold out our workers for their billionaire handlers.

Trump, otoh, is not presidential. Meanwhile, he is bringing peace where other POTUS's would start wars. He is destroying our enemies. He is negotiating better trade deals for the american worker. He is pushing for term limits, and generally giving rights back to states.

It is far more difficult to do what trump does, than to be presidential.

In fact, I dont want another fake presidential potus. Those guys are all actors, bought and paid for billionaire handlers.

In my opinion there is a lot of emotion and bias underneath these "facts"

Regarding #2. I have a problem with the identity politics promulgated by universities these days. But I would never frame it or express it this way. It's institutional racism that they claim to fight, and they aren't completely wrong. But the focus on it and attempts to directly address it, is just as bad as the other extreme (i.e. your focus).

I'll refrain from addressing each of the others, but suffice it to say it goes a very long way towards explaining the real reasons that you like Trump.

Trump made fun of this in Tampa a few days ago.

I dont care about trivial things. By definition, neither should you. I dont care if Trump declares something a record, when in fact it is merely the best in 20 years...or whatever snopes is defining as 5 pinocchios.

I care about POTUS who follows the platform he promised, doesnt go to war, and protects the american middle class.

Heraclitusstudent says

No he happened to be presidential AND he did those things. Not being presidential is a criticism of Trump. My point is, I dont care and neither should anyone else.

It's easy to appear presidential when your administration is working for their establishment handlers (like BO for example).

Yeah, and that's still surprising because if you "assume" that they single out blacks in the first place you would also expect a higher percentage of gun involvement, but there wasn't. This throws out the case for "racism". Not to mention that many cops nowadays are "minorities" themselves.

Well, the outsourcing of most US manufacturing left all those guys with nothing to do, not even service jobs since the illegals get those.

The press and universities are firmly on the side of Wall Street, approving wholeheartedly of this mass export of jobs and telling the public that it was a good thing.

The press = professors = Wall Street = Democratic party. They are all the same people, tightly intermarried, united by their contempt for poor white people.
