There are no conservative one-upmanship orgy of virtue signaling aka Gateway Pundit, Alex Jones, etc.I don't keep up with these sources, but are they arguing for affirmative action and special outreach programs for white people? Two of the universities were public institutions and funded by the state's residents which include likely, Trump supporters, and holders of viewpoints contrary to what the presidents were espousing. But the point is, their section at this meeting had nothing to do with politics, but there it went.
If this was a meeting promoting white power and religious freedom for evangelicals - would it really be any different ?The agenda of the meeting was focused on creating regional economic growth, and so the diatribe was a bit off-topic, but illuminating. Regarding affirmative action, programs are typically race and ethnicity based (i.e, Indians from south of the border). I haven't seen any that specifically reached out to white Americans. I had earlier provided a link to a pro-diversity event at one of these universities where an academic was insinuating that the stories of white people were not remarkable, unlike the stories of the people of color students. it is endemic and I believe, in some cases, a juvenile idealism that has become twisted into (self) race dislike or even hatred.
Affirmative action is not always based on race
