Left is mentally unstable...

Brat wouldn't sign the consent forms, so I left it squalling in it's own shit. Served the little litigant right.

This person is a sexuality expert?

Don't you have to do something many times to be an expert on it? Who had sex with her?

Equating the entire left to this lunatic is like equating the entire right to neo-nazis. Most people are not like this.
The problem is the media bubble up lunatics and put them on display.

Except Neonazis aren't taken seriously enough to be given air time for their lunatic ideas, like shipping all Blacks to Liberia or whatever.

Nor do we see Neonazis making corporate policy at Google, Neonazi organizations being asked to help flag Youtube Videos, or Neonazis controlling whole swaths of Academic Departments, but rather "Whiteness" studies that dehumanize Europeans and piss on Western Civilization.

Her sexual expertise derives from scouring her blackheads and dermabrading her acne scars on gnarly, sopping IHL bush.

So what is a more rational fear?
Getting murdered by a Neo Nazi, or having a fat chick with Purple Hair censor your favorite YouTube channel

Living in California, I can go my whole life and never encounter a neo-nazi march - but I can't avoid the purple hair progs (and their beta-male allies) that infest our government bureaucracies and schools.

Not true.

These people have actually cost Patrick a job in real life.

Neo Nazis don't have that kind of power (or ever really did).

That's a good point and it is clearly because the nature of the opprobrium is morality versus practicality.
Nonetheless my point is in both cases they are paraded in front of the opposite political tribes as being the standard being pushed. It isn't.
The resulting outrage/aversion may taunt clicks and sell ads, but they reinforce the views of each side, and this serves to create an ultra polarized environment that sooner or later will be massively destructive.

Leftists politicians or corporate leaders say a lot of stupid stuff but I have not heard any recommending that we get consent before changing a diaper.

I have learned to keep quiet. Because if I don't, then I end up in a situation like Taylor in the Trial Scene in the original Planet of the Apes. Totally Kafka-esque and it usually isn't worth it. It is not just me. "Coming out of the closet" in the Bay Area means "Admitting you are not a Progressive".

If you are talking about more common SJW views on trans for ex, I agree with you.
If you are talking about getting consent for changing diaper, I think you can easily make disparaging remarks on the practicality of such an idea, and that wouldn't be seen as coming out of the closet.

The key to leftist ideas is that they are all extreme versions of respecting other people. Thus it is easy to criticize them in a passive aggressive way from that angle and create an appropriate level of dissonance.
If they talk about respecting Muslims, mention respecting gay rights in Muslims communities.
If they mention rights of trans people, mention the much more common stigma imposed on fat people.
If they mention getting consent for changing diapers, say it sounds like an other hardship imposed at-home moms.
There are always more victimized people, right?
The possibilities are endless.
