Actually, I don't mind hard core criminals raping each other in prison. It's part of the punishment they really deserve. I wish they would kill each other too, and save us the expense of keeping them alive. he he he.

Just more facts that our government has become the most inefficient and cost ineffective solution to any problems. Cut taxes, reduce government... problem will solve itself in private sector.
