Talk is cheap, up from 40 percent last year and 34 percent in 2016, yah ok. Of course a certain percentage will make due on their promise. They might be waiting to cash out at the RE top just like last time. Let the greed win. Maybe the % increase of residents means we will see something dynamic in housing coming up sooner than we think.
