President Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize by Norwegian Lawmakers

Rocket Man deserves no prize.

Someone should tell CNN. I think they completely missed this very important news.

Bias beyond belief. Shame on CNN.

Even Obama might admit Trump deserves the nomination. Obama is an honest guy. Someone should ask him.

President Moon.

He does what Trump tells him to do. :)

Try the other way around. President Moon is playing in his own backyard and has much more at stake in all of this than Potus.

Potus is looking for a quick prize before moving on to the next activity - Moon is in this for life.

Granted, Trump wants the Prize and will brag about it until his last breath. However he deserves the Prize. It was his strategy, his asshole attitude, his pressure on China for sanctions. It was all Trump's doing. Moon was just shaking in fear. Even Japanese PM Abe, gave full credit to Trump.

WASHINGTON —
Major leaders across Asia and the world mostly voiced approval for Tuesday's agreement between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to push toward ending Pyongyang's nuclear weapons program, even as South Korea and others adopted a more cautious stance.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in said he told Trump in a phone call that the Singapore summit pact laid down a "big framework" for peace on the Korean peninsula and across the globe.

I hope they offer Trump the prize but he refuses and tells them to give it to Dennis Rodman

Knowing Trump, he will want another Peace Prize. One for Iran too. He will deserve that one too.

It's pretty amusing how the anti Trump crowd won't ever give Trump the slightest credit for anything.

If Trump were to cure cancer tomorrow, they would blame him for increasing the population and thereby harming the environment.

Guys, does Trump convincing NK to give up Nukes permanently make us and the world better off or worse off? You don't have to be a Trump supporter to answer that truthfully. You only have to be honest. There comes a time when everyone needs to put their politics, bias, and prejudices aside, for the good of mankind. We know Obama could not do it. He even mentioned to Trump after his election victory, the number one problem he would face as President is NK. Well, Trump managed to make tremendous headway just by being an asshole. The world is full of bad people where nice guys like Obama will fail, but assholes like Trump will succeed. One size does not fit all. Lets be honest, instead of political.

If that should happen, in reality, and not in imagination, he would deserve the Nobel peace prize. Strategist says

Ok, but also lets be real and come out of the imaginary world. What tangible agreements that are verifiable came out of the summit? I believe in results not words. and certainly neither Trump's words nor Kim's words.

Yup considering the scum that have been getting the prize recently-I think being rejected would be an honor.

I think they are still covering the reference Sarah made about how the Bible backs Jeff Sessions on the illegal immigrant children problem.

And like most idiots, they can only cover one thing at a time.

What tangible agreements can't be broken or modified? All anyone can do is try. You should be old enough to know that.

Cairo, Egypt.

And the original 1964 Charter of the PLO deliberately said they had no problem with Gaza as part of Egypt and the West Bank as part of Jordan. Only the remaining 15% of the Mandate was contested, ie all of pre 1967 Israel.

The reason the Paleban aren't interested in any peace talks is because they want the Lebanon Option now and not the 2-state solution. Also Fatah would like to eliminate Hamas first and vice-versa. Of course only a Left-wing retard would say the one-state Lebanon option is viable. "But it's so peace-y and nice-y, like Lebanon's two or three civil wars"

Thanks, KGB!

CNN is going to get to the Trump Nobel Prize story right after they finish up their Russian Collusion and Stormy Daniels coverage...

Of course agreements can be broken, but a vaguely worded document committing to an undefined "something" about peace and de-nuking NK, with no mechanism to know if this "something" is being carried out would seem to have a much much much higher probability of simply being ignored than a well defined verifiable agreement. No?

My opinion is that since Trump got his self-awarded "win" and NK got what it wanted, with the fat butcher Kim elevated to great man status (very smart and talented, great negotiator) by our President this will defuse tensions, that is good. Regardless, the continuing threat in the sense that their military ability has in no way been altered will continue, so like the Presidents he critiques he kicked the nuke can down the road, which to be frank is probably a good thing at least short term. Trump has neither the interest or attention span to devote to this issue, he is done with it. So it will fade in his fantasy that he fixed it. That is unless NK just says fuck you and does something really stupid which is certainly possible. Would Trump act then? I suppose it depends on what his advisers Sean Hannity and Fox and Friends say.
21   MisdemeanorRebel   2018 Jun 15, 5:10pm

Yeah, you see, when you don't play ball, you're rocket man.

When you play ball with the USA, you become Chairman Kim.

Unlike Iranian Mullahs.

I still find it hilarious how the same people who are bitching about Trump's breakthrough think that the deeply flawed Iran deal was a masterstroke.

Don't think fat butcher Kim got what he wanted. He wanted to keep his nukes without sanctions. Basically, he wanted more of what he got under Obama. Instead, Trump put a gun to his head and gave him an option of either he destroys his own nukes, or we destroy them along with him and his regime. He chose survival.
Sadly, the same strategy won't work with Iran because lunatic Mullahs will choose ideology over life. I would just bomb Iranian nukes, and then go after the Pakistani wackos.

Did the risk of nuclear war go up or down? Clearly it went down.

That's what really matters. This was an epic win, something previous administrations failed at.

For how long ?

Or did the threat find a new home elsewhere on the globe ?

Seriously?

If reducing the risk of nuclear war where other presidents failed isn't good enough to get a little credit, then clearly there is absolutely nothing good he can get credit for, and it's just about hating on him.
