Take it from a former tile and carpet installer for 20 years. Anything but 90 degree angles for where walls meet is a total waste of space. And floor covering you will have to buy an extra 25% waste. I did a Guest house behind a huge Mansion on Biscayne Bay in Miami once. It was a round building, with pie shaped rooms. a 20deg nook in one side of the room and a radius wall on the other. The bedroom furniture made every room look like it was a storage room as the bedroom furniture didn't really fit against wall like it should so everything was just out in the middle of the floor. Even the owner was saying what a waste it was, but he bought the property for the main house and the view.
Saving only 20% on building materials over a CB construction seems silly to me. Especially when it seems they are substituting concrete for Foam walls.
