Cohen and Manafort should be able to negotiate a group buy discount on wedding dresses.

Or, at the very least, kneepads

I'll be direct and quick. Have you hired anyone before? For a business that you own? Not as a manager for someone else. Not defending Trump, but until you've hired staff in a business you own and have done it with 100% success, I don't get the bashing.

This should get interetsing. if the dems overplay their hands like cLinton-repubs may get extra seats. What he says is not important-but he kept tapes-does he ahve a tape of the allegation? This is interetsing-lets see what else comes-but 30 million for an alleged campaign finance violation and no collusion with Mother Russia??

Exactly..

Trump should have know exactly what was in Cohen's tax returns and what Cohen submitted to the IRS.

Trump should know exactly what's in Cohen's check book.

Trump should read and verify every contract Cohen writes in his consulting business.

That Trump, what a slacker...

....."Deputy U.S. attorney Robert Khuzami explained explained Cohen sought reimbursement for such payments by submitting invoices to the candidate's company which were untrue, as they indicated that the invoices were for services rendered."

Fucking Trump, not knowing this was a fake invoice...

I have hired people before. You're absolutely right, it's a complicated part of business. I would never claim to hire the best people.. not really a talent I possess.

That said, please point to me another president who, less than 2 years into their term, had had: a National Security Adviser, longtime attorney and fixer, deputy campaign manager, foreign policy adviser, and campaign manager all convicted of felony crimes, whilst claiming to do just that- hire the best people. If you're going to claim that, I imagine it must be part of your skill set.

I get your sentiment, but what is a CEO supposed to say? "You know what, I suck at hiring. I hire the worst people." That won't fly with people invested in you or your shareholders if you're big enough to be public. Some CEO's are just more over the top, which I'd say Trump is.

Politically, his hiring record is clearly not the greatest, but it's also something he hasn't done before. Not making excuses, but you'd have to give a doctor some slack if he's given the reins of a pizza place and hires an awful cook. Not the best example. I'd actually say it's the pizza place owner given the reins of a medical practice in Trump's case. He doesn't need to be a doctor, but doesn't understand medicine. Is it something that he can figure out? We'll see. I'm currently not being influenced in any way by what Trump is doing. Your average person isn't moved either way by what the president actually does day to day. Yet we put them on a pedestal like they're that influential.

Lol. It's amongst the worst.

Really? Because everything after this statement in your post seems like an excuse.

Look, Trump is obviously a lightning rod and says all sorts of stupid shit. I would grant that his chest-puffing leadership style definitely has its uses, and I'm not against all of Trump's platform- not even close. What I see here, as I've seen many times before, is a disappointing waste of potential. Trump could do so much better if he didn't sabotage himself by surrounding himself with literal criminals. He could do so much better if he stopped tweeting stupid, devisive, misogynistic shit. I want him to succeed, I don't want the nation to pull itself apart, but he's done nothing to ameliorate that, he's not bringing people together, and that IS on him.

We didn't elect him to Kiss Liberal's Asses because "they just CAN'T!" right now. We don't' give fuck all about the Idiot rabble that is the TDS Left, they've done nothing but been disrespectful. So much to the point, we all have to go back and reexamine Historical suppressed Revolts, and other times Tyrants were given a bad rap for probably having to deal with the same kind of assholes we're dealing with now. The Liberals should count their lucky stars we've been as accommodating. Usually the Republic has had enough of their shit by now. Shut up already Trump is divisive, really? You can't be that cordially smug! The Left hasn't even been transparent in the level of Creepy they have been.

I'd agree, except for the misogynistic part. Has he said appalling stuff, sure. I think he likes women very much though. I treat women with respect, but what man doesn't think they're better then another man? Naturally that same man will think they're better then a woman. There are successful women out there for sure, but as a human, I have the confidence that I'm better and smarter then most women. If that makes me bad, then sorry. If I don't believe in myself, then what do I have to believe in? There's that and the fact that nature is a thing. We're still animals even though we can talk about it.

This is where I take issue I suppose. Why or when was the mantel (wrong use of this word?) handed to the president to be the moral guider of our nation? Our people? You? I don't want an idiocracy by any means, but at the same time it's pretty idiotic to put so much weight on one person "leading" us. We all need to lead ourselves, take care of our family and then take care of others when we can. Trump, Clinton, Bush, etc don't really fucking matter in the grand scheme of things. I don't know your age, but let's say you're 40. If you're 80 and dying of cancer or something 40 years from now, you're going to look back on this time as a big nothing burger. Maybe you'll spend more time with X, Y or Z in your life. You won't be thinking about Trump.

Quote me all you want. Didn't vote for Trump. I'm not a moron and understand that the president really doesn't have that much influence (checks and balances exist after all). Keep drinking the koolaid and being fooled. Your masters have won apparently.
