I bet those more than 100 Facebook employees find themselves strangely not advancing in their careers no matter how hard they work.

I bet they are the top 100 on the list of employees for the next 'restructuring', too.
I also read that FB HR has received written complaints of 'a hostile work environment' because of just the mere existence of this FB group.
Remember: There are no civil rights protections for being discriminated by an employer over your political views.
California's laws against employer political activity retaliation, Labor Code 1101 and 1102 LC, prohibit employers from
setting any policy that prevents employees from engaging in political activity or running for political office, or that tries to control or direct employees' political activity,
attempting to control employees' political activities by threatening to engage in political activity retaliation, or
retaliating in any way (including through wrongful termination) against an employee for his/her political beliefs or activities.1
Examples of employees who might have a case against their employer for political activity workplace retaliation include:
A woman who is fired after she writes an op-ed for her local paper criticizing a candidate for office to whom her employer has been a large donor; and
A man who is demoted at work by his pro-choice boss after he joins the board of a nonprofit organization that opposes abortion.
California employees whose employers violate Labor Code 1101 and/or 1102 by punishing them for their political beliefs or activity may be able to sue their employers for public policy wrongful termination or wrongful constructive termination.
Depending on the facts of the case, an employee victim of employer political activity retaliation may be entitled to lost wages and benefits and/or additional damages for pain and suffering.2
Actually, there is such a protection:California's laws against employer political activity retaliation, Labor Code 1101 and 1102 LC, prohibit employers from

Why the fuck does it matter what someone's political beliefs are at FB? It's a social media site, not an election site. This kind of perversion plagues our offices when corporations attempt to be more than just places to earn a paycheck.
Why has it not happened by now?
Has Patnet ever tried to reach out to him?
BayArea saysHas Patnet ever tried to reach out to him?
Lol should we invite him to an ask me anything.
the super rich will always lean to the left. Left = entrenched power for oligarch level elites.

In the BA, the term "coming out of the closet" now means: "Admitting to your co-workers that you vote Republican and/or hold conservative views".
Patrick saysActually, there is such a protection:
Activism vs just holding beliefs. It seems to make that distinction in that code you cite.
But then you have to prove it in either case. If these people are axed in the next 'restructuring', FB won't be blatantly telling them "we are really firing you for being GOP Nazi Trump Loving Deplorables!". That's the entire point of organizing a 'restructuring' to get rid of people they normally would get sued for doing on a more easily identified targeting basis.
the left runs everything
Aphroman saysthe left runs everything
Actually, the left does run most things, Wall Street.
This is because you have to have a college education to become a teacher and there are more democrates with a higher education level than Republicans.
I agree with you on all points but Wall Street. Not saying you are wrong, that’s just new info to me.
However, the big time CEO's are almost entirely left leaning
It's near 100% in education,
Because their IQs is too high for them to get stuck in such loser 'disciplines'?
