Giving Thanks. I've re-entered the brotherhood of running.

Brooks Ghost 6's but will order a Brooks Ghost 10 or 11.

Not a pronator but a suppinator. The Ghosts are neutral.

Giving thanks to Ja! Nothing like the runner's high.

So, you have stock in Brooks ? First I've heard of the company. Are they supposed to be better than New Balance, Nike and the rest ?

I've been slacking off as well, running just once per week. Hope to get back to 3x/week.

Ha, ha... Not that I am aware of. Warren had invested a while ago. Company is based near Seattle, in Bothell, WA. Their shoes used to be made in the USA. Not sure about now. I made the mistake of buying Hoka's and they messed up my back. Like walking on marshmallows and so now that's how I use them, but not for running.

I've got no excuses. There's a trail right near my place. I laid off due to gout related joint issues. Now medicating and all is well. I have an elliptical and a recumbent cycle which is better than nothing, but running is best. Never tried swimming, but I hear that is great, too. Running is more earthy. When I lived in the Bay Area, I would dabble in trail running and let my mind wander. Running when high, you bet, but smoking is counterproductive. Pot in peanut butter, (320 degrees, 22 minutes) much better.
