The city of San Francisco now has a new app that allows users to report poop in public places. The city, under complete totalitarian leftist control, has a large homeless population thanks to unaffordable housing and the high costs of living in the city.

Created by a tech-savvy resident, the SnapCrap app allows users to take photos of errant public human feces and send those photos to city management using the city’s 311 information hotline, which serves as San Francisco’s official “poop-reporting” phone number. According to the Daily Wire, Sean Miller, the app’s creator, told NBC‘s local affiliate that he was “inspired” to launch the poop-reporting system after moving to San Francisco and finding himself forced to step over human waste lying in the middle of city sidewalks, a phenomenon he hadn’t experienced in his home state of Vermont.

The city of San Francisco approves of the app’s creation. One city manager told NBC that “anyway people want to report concerns and service requests to us … that’s great.” City officials stress that they are trying to get ahead of the problem of poop all over the city. They also say that incidents in need of immediate attention should be directed to the city’s 311 hotline, which dispatches the city’s so-called “Poop Patrol.”

One of the most expensive places to live on the globe, San Francisco, has been bombarded with fecal matter that they cannot seem to control. As disgusted residents continue to put up with the high costs of living and deteriorating state of the cities public places, little can actually be done except alerting others to the existence of feces. The “San Francisco Poop Map” and a fecal matter “heat map” created by a local realty service as a way to use information provided by the city’s 311 services to map out areas of the city where poop is a prominent feature, is another way to warn others of locations where human feces has been spotted.

Miller says he’s working with the city to make the app more efficient. He said he has plans to roll out versions for phones that don’t run on Apple’s iOs and for people who don’t want to have to log into Facebook and share their private information with app developers just so that they can report human waste.

Maybe the French will come up with one for Paris and dogshit next.

The homeless ability to ruin San Francisco will far exceed the efforts of people to control them politely.

The only solution is to run them out of town, which is something the politicians are unwilling to do. Homeless are another class of "victim" to the liberals and politicians fear a backlash.

Maybe somebody could devise one of those shit catchers like they use on dogs but make it for homeless and make it so they cant take it off and have it feed into a 5 gallon sack that only city cleanup workers can remove and replace.

People will be pooping in buckets and bringing it in for cash.

Control homeless politely... that’s brilliant.

The city is full of liberals and it’s these liberals that have to suffer through the street shit. But somehow the inconvenience of street shit is not significant enough for the masses to support a lil law and order on the topic.

Logic out the window

San Francisco could start with enforcing the existing laws, but that's far too much to ask.

Enforcing laws are done to generate cash flow...Not much cash flow can be expected from homeless so why bother...SF needs more stop light cams. Parking tickets...Street vendor fines.

Why would anybody obey any laws if the city's position is to disobey Federal laws, with Obama's blessing? The people in charge have already established that they are the lowest common denominator.

I wonder if you will be fined if you do not clean up after your dog.

I worked in the office of GTE's (forerunner to Verizon) directory warehouse in Irving, TX from 1998 to late 2000 for Kelly Services. It was the usual maze of cubicles and aisles--I noticed several employees who'd gotten there before me standing in a group, tittering about something. When I turned down the last aisle before getting to my cubicle, I was shocked to a see a huge pile of shit in the middle of the intersection just catty cornered beside my cubicle. I was speechless and asked what was going on. They said the It tech had been there Saturday to work on the computers and had brought his large dog to the office and obviously didn't realize he'd marked his territory by the time he left. They were waiting to see what the office supervisor Rachel Moon's reaction would be when she came in--she ran a very tight ship. She was flabbergasted and called HR and told them he was never to be allowed in the office again, then called maintenance to clean up the mess. Doesn't surprise me that someone in IT would be that obtuse to bring an animal to the workplace--he's probably one of the many perfectly normal looking people I see all the time with what I know is a service animal in this overly sensitive time, and that was over 20 years ago.

Speaking of dog shit, read the reviews of Showboat in Atlantic City. They allow dogs. Numerous reviews mention dog pee. I won't stay there!

Is there any doubt in your mind that nobody will be fined?

A biotech I worked at last year allowed dogs. At any one time we had up to 20 dogs in the cubicle and open areas. It was not uncommon for a dog to take a large shit, puke or pick a fight with another dog while we were crammed into a small office for a meeting.

I think the owners cleaned up after we moved to a new room or just rescheduled.

That must have smelled terrible.

I've heard about those compassionate, woke biotech places. The stench, the piss, the shit, the fights. And then on top of that, you have the dogs.
