I have always believed that Econ 101 should be a required course for all. Especially for anyone who votes.

Booger, why now are you dragging up material from 2010? I don't dispute the findings, but the post seems trollish.

People in general don't understand supply and demand. But liberals have bastardized the concepts to try to justify every spending program of their dreams and think of it as a benefit to the economy as opposed to a cost.

Liberals want to tax and spend money into oblivion.
Conservatives want to give away money to large companies.

Both of them want to give exclusive tax breaks and unfair advantages over small businesses.

That is because politicians only care about businesses large enough to make decent campaign contributions. Some Repubs believe in free market and leave you alone, but all Dems seem to believe in regulation along with a pay for exemption plan.

Economics is for wussies. Just give me high volume printing presses at the Mint that don't break down, and I'll bring in the votes.

Based on data from Zogby Analytics, one of the most biased polling firms around. Hard to take seriously.

Seems about right.

The routine corruption of elected officials by campaign donations is a good argument for direct democracy or sortition.

So sez a biased righ-wing policy promoter, so must be alternative facts.

In other words, you have nothing special to add to the conversation. I would guess that if anything, liberal understanding of economics have only gotten worse since then. I offer this as an example:
