I can't even enjoy a tall Starbucks without these critters smelling up the store. The so called advice that this buyer agent is giving out is questionable at best.

Can't we build a wall to keep these agents out of the country?

Something like, "You really should add $30,000 to your offer to help move it to first place!"? and "don't worry about the $15,000 in damage estimates that your contractor found needing repair to the roof and plumbing"? They're thinking (that's an extra $900 in my pocket, my kid's gotta eat).... Or more likely, I need that for my next Rover payment....
