Average salary of $250k a year is just a drop in the bucket. Too much money as incentive to keep the problem permanent. Like prison industrial complex, but this one thrives on homelessness.

I laughed my ass off when somebody said 5-10,000 homeless in San Fran. It's at least 50,000, minimum.
