Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller said “If we had confidence the President did not commit a crime, we would have said so.”

The left-wing media wants you to believe the discrepancy between Barrs’ response to Grassleys’ question, that Mueller was to make the determination if Trump was guilty of criminal liability, and Muellers’ procedural argument that his office was prevented from charging the President while he's in office.

But this misses the main point of contention that Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law professor, Emeritus, so eloquently espouses.

Robert Mueller went beyond the conclusion in his report by “publicly disclosing that there is insufficient evidence to indict. No responsible prosecutor,” says Dershowitz, “should ever suggest that the subject of his investigation might indeed be guilty even if there was insufficient evidence or other reasons not to indict.”

After he once defended Mueller’s objectivity, Dershowitz is now forced to conclude Mueller is partisan.

“By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias.”
