Dems Face A Demographic Catastrophe Amongst Their Own Politicians

Basically, in a nut shell, kiddies!

There are really just two demographic groups amongst Democrat politicians:

1) Moderate 'corporate sellout wing' Boomers in their 70s like Biden, Pelosi and Warren (ok she's 69...but close enough)

2) Young, 'woke, white-hating, male-hating & socialist' extremist brats in their 30s or even 20s. The Millennials are by far the worst of the lot, of course.

(And in case you haven't noticed, the two groups DO NOT get along...the young whippersnappers openly wishing the Boomers would just retire/die might have something to do with that)

There are hardly any in Dem politicians their 40s - 50s. While for the GOP, it is the opposite. Why? Because an entire generation of up & coming Dem pols in that age group were wiped out during the Barry Hopenchanger years. Under Barry's two terms, the Democrats lost more than 1,030 seats in state legislatures, governor’s mansions, and Congress. Way to go Barry! (Oh, and you got Trump elected too! Hopey Changemas, Barry!)

So in conclusion, this articles sums up:

The Democrats’ problem is not that 70-somethings are still lingering in leadership. Their problem is that its younger activist class and its non-representative woke elite are trying to fill the vacuum they created when their extremism decimated a generation of more mainstream Democratic politicians (but not the voters they represented).

These younger Democrats are echoing the New Left of the late Sixties and early Seventies. In 1972, George McGovern lost in a landslide to the seemingly divisive and unlikable Richard Nixon by running on a far-left hippie platform of “abortion, amnesty, and acid.”

The 2020 Democratic nominee is unlikely to lose in a landslide, given our increasing polarization and demographic change. But it is the younger Democrats, not the older ones, who are reducing their odds of political victory.
