Holy Shit, 2 Bed 770sq footers for $750k in Lafayette?! No wonder their homeloaners and landlords are up in arms.

They should be carpet bombing 100-unit apartment complexes via B-52.

How the fuck did they manage to put a 2bd apt into 770sqf? I used to live in a 750 sq f apartment which had 1 bedroom and can't imagine how a second bedroom and bathroom could be squeezed into that space.
