Poor are hurt by this plenty of all colors. Try getting a job when you are young and unskilled to compete vs a fricken army of unskilled illegals who are willing to live 10 per room, and work for cash under the table. Or legal immigratns who are sitting on welfare and work for cash under minimum.

Dems have black people locked down, this might push some blacks but not enough since there are so many that are on government assistance in the form of welfare or government affirmative action jobs both pitted against each other.
