Homeowners that don't take advantage of the RV rental space would miss out on the one single advantage and would only be getting the negative effects of a doubling of the density of population.
Will you be demanding to be allowed to raise livestock in your back yard next? I mean... really, put that 3000 square feet of dirt to "good" use!
RVs are not per se a health and safety issue. Livestock is.
What ever happened to property rights?
Homeowners can now legally park their unoccupied RVs in their yard. So why shouldn’t homeowners who do not own an RV be able to rent space to RV dwellers to park their RVs? It would get RVs off the street and enable homeowners to become Rentiers without having to invest in an ADU. And it would certainly help us manage our housing shortage.
