Note that it declares sexual orientation to be a protected class and gives such people extra rights. The next very small step is to declare pedophilia a sexual orientation. Look, I'm not trying to bust balls or embarrass people. My hobby is the study of dissemination and the mechanism of propaganda. I'm trying to show everybody how it works, and how subtle it is. It's entirely believable that Pelosi WOULD do this, and people SUPPOSEDLY in the news will claim it, but I always go to a source, because I'm tired of propaganda.

The bill turns sexual orientation and GENDER IDENTITY into protected classes.

So pretty much anything goes now (if passed by the Senate).

There is no provision in the bill protecting women's sports from dudes competing in them.

Republicans explicitly complained about women's sports being ruined by this law when it was up for debate and the Democrats and their Media lapdogs all poo-pooed the concern. Here are some media reports basically mocking the Republican's concern over this issue:

You'll eliminate a ton of women who have androgen immunity disorder, or AIS. There are disproportionate number of them in sports and in modelling.

They are XY, but they have grown up as women and have always thought of themselves as women. it's not as simple as you imagine.

Uhh, a "ton"? Quick Wikipedia search says it's prevalence is around 1 in 100,000. So we're talking about maybe 35,000 females out of 3.5 billion have this disorder. So what percentage of female athletes would actually have to deal with this? Like 2 maybe? Why not just make sensible rules then grant exceptions when we need to?
