Looking around in my neighborhood the legalization of marijuana has increased the presence of drug cartel members in our communities and has increased the black market demand for marijuana.

The vast majority of the dope in California and the West is produced and distributed by illegal alien Mexicans.
I know personally about them; a female I know in N. California was somehow always dating drug dealer Mexicans; if they wound up in prison the gangs supported their families back in Mexico while they did their time. Doing time in the joint was considered a normal "workplace hazard."
If you saw the news, the Mexican army captured Chapo's son in Culiacan Sinaloa and the gangsters attacked the Army; the Mexican Army retreated and let Chapo's son loose.
If you employ an illegal you are part of the problem; if you smoke weed or do dope you are part of the problem.
