Apple said they are going to make 300 acres available for 3800 homes. How will these homes remain affordable? Once the first wave of "low-income" owners trash out the places and get kicked out, banksters, realtors, and flippers will come in and make $300k per home, raising prices back up. There is no end of demand for coastal-ish properties in CA. It is all "about the weather."
