Aisling Tucker Moore Reed is an author, blogger, feminist, and daughter of NYT best selling author and attorney Kelly Moore, who wrote books about serial killers: "Deadly Medicine" and later Gothic Horror stories for Young Adults, published by Scholastic:

The mother also represented Ana Nicole Smith as her attorney in the lawsuit over the money from the elderly rich dude she married.

Tucker Moore-Reed once organized a protest claiming USC did not take her claims of sexual assault seriously as a student (in 2009, ridiculous, and the University conducted a thorough investigation and found absolutely no evidence whatsoever). She founded "SCAR" - a Rape Survivor's Advocacy Group, when she headed while a student. She's blogged for HuffPo and xojane.com about feminist and "survivor of sex abuse" issues.

Supposedly, a few years ago, her Uncle tried to "assault" the mother (now divorced) and her two daughters in Oregon, and Tucker Moore shot him with a .38

Now this is where it gets interesting. Originally charged with manslaughter, authorities have recently upgraded the charges to murder, saying she recorded the shooting on her cell phone. Kelly Moore concealed her daughter's iPhone when authorities arrived, and Tucker Moore locked it. Authorities found and returned the phone to Tucker Moore, but then later decided to review the phone and demand it be unlocked after much wrangling, which is when they found footage of the moments leading up to the shooting that Tucker Moore never volunteered to the authorities she had taken.

From the conversation, it appears to be related to a will and inheritance, rather than any threat they felt from a 63-year old man. And Tucker Moore seems to be screeching at her mother and grandmother about not signing something? Far from being intimidated, or that the Uncle assaulted her, she angrily stomps to the door and shoots her Uncle from several feet away. After the shooting, Tucker Moore-Reed curses that he didn't die when told by others he was still alive.

Apparently Shane Patrick Moore, the Uncle and brother of her mother, wanted to split the property 50-50 and had requested a sheriff to accompany him and a notary at 2PM. When calling the Sheriff's Office, Shane Patrick Moore claimed "Her kid" (Tucker Moore) fired a gun earlier that day, ostensibly to intimidate him.

Tucker Moore also claimed her civil rights were violated when being interviewed by authorities, that she had been on "potent prescription medication", etc.

And the movie part, she took part in acting in an indy horror movie as a woman who kills an attacker, the filmmakers only found out she (out on bail) was involved in a criminal trial when the authorities arrested her on the final day of (film) shooting.

So we've got a typical upper crust, hysteric SJW on our hands.

It's not surprising. Basically every single sociopath I've ever encountered would hide behind liberal causes to project a sense of moral superiority upon them.

She's every MillXY's dreamy poster child, dispatching an evil BoomFuck white male relative to inherit the ill gotten fortune and put it to good use for the masses.

First stop: purse shop at Yves Saint Laurent.

Pleads guilty to a lesser charge of manslaughter, for which she'll get weakass time of a mere 6 years 3 months, the mandatory minimum for such a crime.

There's a heroin charge coming up, separate case against her.

I often think writers about murder and Horror is off, way off. I don't trust them at all.

Imagine any adult male killing an Uncle in the absence of child abuse or some other extreme mitigating factor, and getting a mere 6 years.
