This can be fixed by eliminated all federal backed student loans. Thus, no target for diploma mills to hit. Targets that are enticed by offering easy courses to people without the academic chops to be in college in the first place. "Hey kids, extend your adolescence for another 4 years, your worthless degree will pay the loan."

Wait so everywhere else it's buyers beware but when it comes to students, houseowners and banks we socialize the losses onto the taxpayer. Fuck them all! What's next, everybody who feels they bought a lemon or got subpar service now sends their bills to the taxpayer community? What about a poorly performing stock? What if Rin's escort didn't come with big enough knockers? Should the taxpayer foot the bill? DeVos is 100% RIGHT!

Just think, you can get an associate's in art for just a little over $50,000! Then you can get a job!

That is already happening, remember how Obama bailed out automakers? And now low interest rates bail out untold incompetent businesses.

University of Phoenix is still the #1 recipient of GI bill funds. I guess some people feel this is worth fighting for.

Oh, and the money these veterans had deducted from their pay to add to the amount given by the government for education is still not enough to fully pay for tuition/books etc. So, these veterans go into debt to further themselves by getting a University of Phoenix degree. --- Maybe there should be some further regulations, just maybe.
