I have a Demeyere 10 inch stainless. Heat it up and brown a steak steak 20 seconds per side. That pan coupled with a high-powered induction cooktop is unbelievable.

I just buy shit whenever I want (within reason) so Santa can skip my house and emit less methane from those nasty reindeer, so doing my job to prevent wet bulbs and fake religious holidays. But on top of the list right now it would be an electric skateboard. Again, more emission reduction. Jesus, maybe I'm more left leaning than I thought, lol.

* Yes we still do xmas for the kids. I hate holidays though. They make these "super great deals" on the shittiest Chinese item in the store to get you there and everything else is the same price it was 6 months ago. Hence my disdain for xmas and other Hallmark holidays.

We have a pet turtle, a red-eared slider. Got him 6 little fish for his tank yesterday, tetras I think. Today there are 5. I guess that's kind of cruel, but they don't look worried.

How about a vacation? That's perpetually on the top of my list. I wanted to list a physical item though, as I think that was the purpose of the OP. But vacation rocks. I'm an experience guy and not a material guy.

I prefer to give "experiences" - concerts, museum passes, etc... versus stuff. We all have so much shit. Maybe tools though - something useful as a gift is always appreciated.
