It's pretty obvious the plane was downed by a missile, so I doubt it will have any long-term effect on the Boeing stock.

This is more Sun Tzu Trump. Like a great General of the Art of War, his enemies keep falling for his pretended weakness while he suborns their armies and surprises them constantly. Having come to power in the post-Cold War period, Trump's enemies like Sam Powers and Nancy Pelosi don't really know how to play Geopolitics, and TBH, New York City Real Estate is probably a tougher game to play.
