The idea that drug-addicted bums living under a bridge in Oakland will suddenly become model citizens able to hold a job and pay the rent if Gov. Newscum moves them into a brand-new high-rise built on taxpayer's dime next to tovbot's house is a bit delusional.
Because if they could do that they would already do it in some low-COL location which are plenty in this country.
